Training is an important part of the development of any company. There are a wide range of skill sets within any company, and they all need to be built and improved upon. However, the people responsible for organising and providing training within a company also needs to build upon their skill set, so that they can improve their approach to training and helping other people to improve themselves.

The people responsible for training within a company may be able to learn from each other (except if there is only one of them), but obviously the best way to improve the skill set of people responsible for training is to go to an outside source for training help and advice. While they may know a lot about training and the organising of training plans, there are always a lot of things that they can pick up on. For example learning the best ways to handle difficult training situations, such as a member of staff who does not want to get involved, or who become abusive. These are the sort of things that when they happen you do not have time to check with other people what to do, but need to know the best course of action immediately. Therefore the people who are responsible for organising and carrying out training need their own training so that they understand how to handle any issues they may come up against.
