“Time” and “Space” are widely agreed to be two of the most integral features of any business, which are usually left wanting. This often leads into the classic cliché that “Time is money”. In an effort to increase workloads, compete in tighter markets, operate in minimal spaces and incorporate technology to the detriment of manpower numbers, more and more people are feeling ‘the pressure’ of longer hours, insufficient recourses and lack of support staff. This invariably leads to stress. Despite these conditions, it is still within people’s power to operate whilst experiencing little or no stress. Two of the keys that unlock this door are ‘perspective’ and ‘expectation’. During this two-day course delegates learn to work without stress, as opposed to the fundamentally flawed approach of managing stress.
