All team leaders and managers fear the unexpected e.g. crying in an appraisal, anger when disciplining, or non co-operation in counselling sessions. How can we prepare for these situations? By using a professional actor realistic role-plays are an excellent way to practise overcoming difficult situations. Delegates will be asked to supply relevant case studies prior to the training helping us to tailor the role-plays to their specific needs.
