Usually managers do not realise that they are not the best project managers until a project is having major issues. Your job is to make sure that managers have the skill set to be good project managers so that projects do not have issues due to bad project management. There are a wide range of areas in project management, but it is important that all managers have at least a basic understanding of how good project management works, and how they can help projects to keeping moving rather than hinder them.

• How to deal with a project that is doing well.
• How to deal with a project that is not going well.
