Making a bridge and a vehicle is relatively easy. Establishing and meeting the customer’s specification is a different matter.A two-part activity: Part one introduces the concepts, Part two provides opportunities to improve.

This gives delegates an opportunity to examine the team’s performance in the above exercise and make decisions on how to improve working practises within the team.
