| Role-play Actors: | 2 Corporate Role-play actors on both days |
This two-day course offers delegates a unique opportunity to practise their interviewing skills using the services of professional role-playing actors. The course begins with a piece of forum theatre showing a typical interview. Delegates are encouraged to critique the drama, change it and actively re-enact it.
On day two delegates will interview several different candidates, played by the actors, then carry out a selection process to recruit the best person for the job. They will receive constructive feedback, advice and ideas for improvement; this will enable all delegates to take away a usable interview plan.
