MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Course: Face to Face Skills
Duration: 2 Days - Max. 12 delegates
Facilitators: -
Role-play Actors: 2 Corporate Role-play actors on both days

This course will build on and develop the skills introduced in the performance management workshop but will focus more on participants getting the best out of any type of interview, such as appraisals, disciplinary, recruitment and coaching etc. This will be a practical workshop using actors and scenarios to demonstrate good and bad practise in interview situations.

All managers fear the unexpected, e.g. crying in an appraisal, anger when disciplining, or non co-operation in performance coaching sessions, using a professional actor is an excellent way to practise overcoming difficult situations. Participants will be asked to supply relevant case studies prior to the training, helping us to tailor the role-plays to their specific needs.
